I instruct Bannister Law to act on my behalf in respect of a complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) or other action if advised. We will proceed to act on your behalf on a no win no fee basis, and we will be claiming the costs from Ticketek. We don’t believe at this stage the costs in your matter will be greater than the threshold fees which require us to give a costs disclosure. If this changes because your individual circumstances warrant greater personal work, we will supply you with an updated no win no fee costs disclosure and agreement when necessary.
